Legal Action of Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Legal Action company offers family and children's legal services to individuals who have or currently suffer from domestic violence injuries and other vulnerable populations. We collaborate with domestic violence shelters, local law enforcement, and other safety institutions to make sure our clients and their households are secure. Our mission is to recognize and remove obstacles that restrict some groups from fully succeeding or engaging. We actively engage oppressor systems that create inequities including racism, sexism, classism, ableism, ageism, and homophobia. We want to invest resources and opportunities as required to accomplish meaningful outcomes recognized by communities. We are not silent about difficult things. We use our legal experience and capacity to communicate. Our legal voice is available in courtrooms, press, legislative bodies, and communities for those marginalized and denied access to justice. We are devoted to structural reform litigation and advocacy to address systemic issues that affect more than one person at a time. We are allies in and out of the workplace. We are all advocates.
