I would use them again for future legal issues.2 Recently, we have been dealing with Attorney Holly Jensen. She was professional, competent, and provided precisely what we needed, and we were very pleased with her work. That positive experience was erased just one week later when we received a threatening letter from Attorney Daniel Fabrizius asking for an unrelated issue without any legal basis. Whether this is a legal dispute definition, it was a real dispute from our perspective. From the moment we trusted them with family and personal matters and another attorney from Consigny has handled a case involving our son is unnecessary and rough to say the least While we were encouraged by Attorney Jensen’s work, our total opinion of Consigny has decreased due to the way they handled this last incident. Prior to re-engaging Consigny, I would consider numerous other reputable attorneys in the Janesville area.3 It’s just not worth calling this firm. Assistant attorneys (Jamie is the one I talked to) will hang up on you. Completely. A brief explanation for why they can’t answer questions via phone, or a response indicating they will only answer questions during a scheduled in-person meeting, or whatever, would have sufficed, rather than hanging up on me and turning me off their law firm altogether.4 If an attorney at this firm suggests hiring a third-party guardian for a family member, exercise extreme caution.5 Mark Schroeder is an excellent attorney.6 The receptionist is rude, and the attorneys are nice but slow and bad.7 Stellar. They bent over backwards to help my elderly parents. Reasonable prices. Smart and easy to work with. Kudos!8 Very skilled and personable.9 Very nice attorneys office. Their addressed me and my family well. I was able to make three wills.10 Most incompetent firm I have ever seen. Would not even give a star. Avoid Mike Faust! I have seen many firms for sure by far the worst11 When no one else would help me, Justin Henery did, and he did it well and cheaply. I give them an A+.12 They treated my mother very nicely.13 None14 two underperforming attorneys15 they do a great job
