Feedback Overview: 1. A sheet metal screw was stuck in one of the tires on Saturday morning. Was checked in by Miguel. This young man deserves a raise for his phenomenal customer service. Even without an appointment, I was in and out within an hour. Since I originally bought all four tires here just a year and a half ago, the repair was covered under warranty. Bravo folks. I'll not just be back but recommend DT to all my friends.2. Great staff! I had my tires bought here and rotated. It was awesome.3. Not the best experience that I've had at Discount Tire - Madison\Fitchburg I was there for a flat repair... First off the guy took my keys upon check-in and advised that he was going to "move my vehicle" after about 5 or 10 minutes of waiting in the store I look out the Window and the Service Tech had not moved my vehicle but instead had the liftgate up. I proceeded to go outside and ask him what was going on (which he looked at me strange even though he had my trunk\liftgate open) and said he was checking my spare which I did not ask nor was there for that and i thought this was kind of strange. Especially when he did not tell me anything about that upon check in. Secondly the next tech who inspected my tire instead of showing me where or why they could not repair my tire, showed me where the puncture was located on a tire that was not even from my car. An all around kind of shady Tire Discount appointment. I will consider going to another Tire Discount location in the future.4.
