Brought my dog in to give her a bath and the rooms were clean and well stocked with amazing products. Very reasonable price too! My dog loves duck feet which they didn’t have in stock. They sell all the brands I trust and use, and have a wide selection. I was a bit like a kid at a candy store! Very sweet store dog. 4. Your place is wonderful! Just had our first grooming here with Katie, and I'm so glad we found her! My girl just had surgery and she made her look so pretty. She was warm, friendly and so professional. Surprised me they had towels and a hamper to use and aprons. They also had shampoo and conditioner ready as well.The "hot" water is lukewarm too. Over all, just great honestly and can't even beat the price for service and facilities. 7. I took Charlie to get his face cleaned up. I was extremely happy with Yolanda, the groomer. Charlie felt comfortable with her and she talked to me about how to care for his hair. Everyone at the store was helpful with suggesting products for Charlie. I highly recommend this shop 8. I used to take my dog here for grooming and didn’t have any issues. I have had lots of issues however since bringing my doodle in and out the 5+ cuts have only had 1 good service. When I shared my concerns they blamed me for not sharing a photo even though I have in the past. I could not recommend anymore for grooming. 9. Absolutely wonderful! Will definitely return and have Jenni groom my rough collie from now on. Bailey is a recent foster failure and I had no idea how she would react to grooming. She did great there. Today I took my cat in for a lion cut, and Laura did a phenomenal job. It only took a little under two hours! I had a bad experience with a rude groomer at another establishment two years ago (which has since shut down), so I was definitely nervous. But Laura and the staff took the time to walk me through every step and made sure to ask questions about exactly what I wanted for my pet. I truly appreciated how patient and kind everyone was. I can’t wait to bring Loki back! Highly recommend this place for grooming services. They also have a great selection of pet supplies. 15. The clerk in the store was friendly and very helpful. She helped me pick out items for my dog and asked questions to help better my decision on items. Will definitely go back again.
