Customer feedback summary 1. Last summer, I brought my long hair cat in to T&J on Wash/First to get a shave of just her back quarters which were matted. It was very simple and I was not invited into the grooming room. She was not combed out, only the matts were cut off... I was charged $50. So I was out money and she looked ridiculous. Royal has done a great shaving job for $20! Any thoughts? A close friend suggested that, I post a review. 2. They did an awesome job with our little dog 3. Our cat had a lovely experience being groomed here! highly recommend for Persian kitties! 4. I am a frequent shopper of their cat food and select treats. After buying treats on 3/16 that I wasn't sure our cat would eat (he is a picky eater) and was told most cats enjoyed, and our cat would not eat (he refused them and they sat in the plastic bag for 6 weeks). I took these sealed packages back that were unexpired and had a receipt on 5/1 and Tabby and Jack's refused to return them. They need to post signs saying no returns on items they won't take back. Only buy what you know your pet will like from here as their return policy isn't posted so they don't have to take the return regardless of reasoning. 5. My dog's nail trim was a great experience here! 6. Tabby and Jack’s always does a fantastic job. My dog gets excited when he sees where we’re going and the staff is so kind and attentive, everyone I’ve interacted with is just wonderful. They also have more natural treat and food options than a lot of pet stores which is really nice. This is my boy freshly groomed! 7. We love coming here for all our pet food needs. A smorgasbord of raw food for our cats. Lots of treats to choose from plus accessories, toys, litter, supplements etc. They also have grooming available for pets. Staff is absolutely excellent! 8. Ken does such a beautiful job grooming our large dog - each and every time. He is also the “dog whisperer” who seems to be able to gain a dog‘s confidence quickly. We cannot imagine taking him anywhere else. 9. Love it 10. David is so lovely! Corgis are known for being sensitive when it comes to their paws being touched and although my fur child doesn’t make it easy, David is so great with him. I don’t want to go anywhere else. 11. This is a great place, solid selection and good people who do a great job trimming my ornery Corgis nails! 12. Health food store for pets 13. I've taken my dog twice now to T&J's on East Washington. I've been happy with the care and service given. My groomer was Ken. 14. Celeste was amazing and our puppy looks so good!!! 15. Our newfoundland dreads grooming day! colin arrives happy and comes home happier. His haircut/groom is perfect every time. Ken is very precise; not a hair missed. No other groomer compares. Thanks for caring for our high maintenance lunatic (newfoundland)!!!
