I am sharing my personal and subjective opinion of Christie Bandle, a parenting coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While I am not a direct client of Christie Bandle's, my husband is, and my review is based on her interactions with him, which I have thoroughly analyzed.
In my view, Christie Bandle's professionalism as a parenting coordinator has been questionable, and her biases may seem to negatively impact families from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, with mixed racial backgrounds, and who are neurodivergent. I have observed multiple instances where I believe she may not have had the best interests of the children at heart and instead appeared to prioritize her own profits. There have been billing discrepancies that, when brought to her attention, were met with resistance and what seemed like retaliation.
I also believe that Christie Bandle does not consistently adhere to her contractual agreements or professional standards for parent coordination. This includes my concerns about her lack of IPV screening and promoting litigation instead of reducing conflict. Additionally, I believe she was not always transparent about information and may have overstepped her authority as outlined in the parenting coordinator agreement on multiple occasions.
Rather than providing clear guidelines for parents to follow in interpreting court orders, Christie Bandle often suggested opening new issues with her, which can become costly. She also appears to avoid answering clarifying questions. Unfortunately, this approach has not only resulted in our children missing important family events, but it has also placed them further in the middle of their parents' conflict, potentially contributing to the decline of their mental well-being since Christie's involvement.
I also have concerns about whether Christie Bandle thoroughly reviews the evidence submitted to her. When asked by my husband directly if she would review the documents he would be sending to her, she refused to answer the question. This appears to be consistent with Christie Bandle's overall level of professionalism.
I highly recommend that families considering Christie Bandle's parenting coordination services thoroughly research alternative professionals to ensure they find someone who will prioritize their children's best interests.
