iCare is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex and special medical and behavioral requirements. We create value for clients and stakeholders. iCare, a collaboration between Humana and Centers for Independence, Inc., was piloted in 1994. Humana purchased CFI’s ownership stake in 2021, converting iCare into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Humana. iCare, the country’s premier provider of advanced managed care schemes for those with unique social and complex needs. We work to boost the health of our members by offering personalized, ongoing, and connected care coordination.
