Interval offers a hyper-seasonal menu inspired by Scandinavian flavors and dishes. We also bake homemade pastries daily. The Corner Store is the latest project of the Interval team. The general store is a place where you can buy anything you need, from eggs to toilet paper. The Corner Store also has items that are to-go, created by local artists using local ingredients, as well as a range of natural wines from all over the world.
