Neutral Ground Academy

Founded in 2005, Neutral Ground Academy is centered on safety, a relaxed environment, and fun for camaraderie and learning. We are family-oriented, and we watch out for each other from the first day. We strive to build up everyone, no matter their rank, by sharing our mats with everyone. We are proud of our ability to train with the most diverse and inclusive group of people from all aspects of society. You will find the most diverse group of individuals training, which will help us progress in the study of self-defense and improve our team-building skills. At Neutral Ground Academy, we embrace a holistic approach to gymnastics and martial arts since they educate one about human nature. We apply the philosophy and teachings of confrontation past the mats and into all areas of life. You will not simply learn how to survive; you will also develop compassion and a more gentle approach to life and others. Our instructors have different routes to success, allowing us to choose what works best. We are also open to learning from you.
