I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by this funeral home. Not only did they perform a subpar job on my mother's preparation, but they also failed to accommodate me when I requested to view her before the service, citing an early closure. Recently, I had a conversation with Andy, who promised to provide necessary paperwork upon presentation of proper identification. However, when I arrived at the funeral home, the door was locked, and despite being let in by a short black woman, I was ultimately denied the paperwork, with my attempts to show identification ignored. I left feeling upset and confused. I strongly advise against doing business with this funeral home and instead recommend Krause Grace Memorial or Paradise Memorial for their professional staff and excellent service.
