We’ve been in operation since 1991 as an independent, local agency, and we know the area. We specialize in executive and staffing placements in the greater Southeastern Wisconsin area. We can even provide entry-level to executive positions for you. But building relationships between employers and workers in Milwaukee could prove to be tricky. Mayor Tom Barrett said many Milwaukee businesses and other businesses in southeast Wisconsin claim they have numerous unoccupied jobs and cannot find qualified employees. Many employers also said it can be harder to hire more people. Barrett said Milwaukee now wants to close the gap between employer and employee communities using “any means available” to the city. He pointed to the Compete Milwaukee program, which offers transitional jobs, and the Mayor's Manufacturing Partnership. “We need to build a bridge between these ‘ships,’” Barrett said. “I will work with anyone who can provide transportation to get those workers and employers together.”
