Once you actually live here, they don't care about anything other than money. They only care about getting the next tenant to sign a lease to take over. I have told them that it is a safety concern to have people in and out of my studio apartment (which is super small by the way) as I am having a high risk pregnancy and cannot risk unnecessary exposure. And you're lucky if you even get a response once you voice your concerns. I had to text 3x, leave voicemails, and ultimately talk to building maintenance to be responded to (reached out a different day for each contact). Do NOT sign a lease here if you can help it. I have had THREE scheduled showings of my OCCUPIED apartment in UNDER ONE WEEK.
