Customer Feedback Review - Presented by Window Nation 1. New windows and window installation overall. Windows look great and the installation went well. Installers Sean and Bruce were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient and worked hard on a hot muggy day. Just all around great experience. 2. Had a quote given and they wouldn't honor there radio add. 3. Dominic was very professional. Explain the product as best as he could made visit very fun. 4. David was very friendly, professional and walked through every step from window selection, pricing, discounts to installation. Very happy with the quote and presentation we received from David. Thank you. 5. David was very professional, friendly and very detailed about what to expect. 6. Eric came for an in home estimate for windows and doors. He seemed polite and professional in the beginning and started by showing us products that he recommended. He then started to get agitated when I asked questions about less expensive doors. His first quote of 7k was over my budget and he actually stated to me twice when he was here that I was only looking for the cheap way out. I didn't realize I was being cheap as he was always reluctant to quote me prices, stating he didn't know. Erics comments were offending and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. 7. Had David come for estimate. He was very professional and we liked the product. We are just looking for now but would definitely go with these windows if we do the project in the future. 8. I purchased two windows. I use my charge card. It went through while he was there with me, , but for some reason it didn't go through on their end when he got back to the office. I don't know what happened. The salesman came out twice, now the CEO/ President Jeff Beck came out to my house. He also had an issue going on with my charge card, but it was on their end. Their promotion is, if you purchase any window, you would get 2 Milwaukee Brewer tickets. Because it was later in the year, they were in the playoffs. Mr. Beck told me they do not give out playoff tickets, but first thing for the new year 2026 you will receive them. I have called and left voicemails numerous times text messages and also emails to Mr. Beck. I even called customer service twice. No one ever gets back to me. I've been trying for several months now. CEO/PRESIDENT THAT DOESN'T KEEP HIS WORD! Plus they did a very sloppy job on caulking. 9. Dominic was AMAZING! He made the buying experience perfect. The way he spoke and kept it calm and composed the whole time was amazing. He wasnt pushy at all and walked me through the whole process. He answered every question to perfection and it amazed me with his product knowledge. He explained everything in ways that made total sense to me and my son as well. Would 100% recommend. This was my first time feeling 100% on a purchase. Mike the manager was also amazing and made it super smooth. 10. Dominic dornburg was very helpful. It was an unanticipated project and Dom made everything very clear and affordable. He answered questions and look the time to truly listen. 11. Dominic came and was a great informant and representative for Window Nation. He’s professional, respectable and considerate. Really appreciate his help and efforts. 12. Great people! 13. We just met with David he was so professional and knowledgeable about the products. He worked hard to answer all our questions and show the difference between the options. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! 14. David from Window Nation came out and gave an amazinging presentation. Excellent windows, Excellent price. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with him and wrap up a deal for new windows. 15. We had a great experience with Dominic D. He came out to give us a quote for replacing three windows and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He answered our questions and provided a fair quote. We really appreciated his straightforward, no-pressure approach and would definitely recommend working with him.
