Customer Testimonials 1. Jaime and Trinette were my absolute rock stars. They're a small team of two, but they were exactly the team I needed during my divorce. They are always attentive, caring, and very supportive. My divorce was very complicated, but I was able to maintain my sanity and confidence that everything would be taken care of. My ex-spouse's attorney went back and forth several times, but Jaime was always on my side to make sure I got what I wanted. She is an amazing communicator and always listened to my concerns. Jaime was always prompt in responding to my concerns through email or phone calls, and I always felt heard. I would highly recommend this team if you need someone to stand by you (and maybe during the most difficult time of your life). Divorce isn't pleasant, but it's less terrible with a team you can trust. 2. My experience with them was very good- caring, respectful, and honest. I encourage you to call them if you're having a divorce. 3. Exactly what I wanted - no judgment. No snootiness. No making me feel stupid and dejected when I asked the dumbest questions. Both Attorney Young and Trinette were super friendly and approachable and assisted me with what I requested to win my case. They were also understanding of my scenario, and I felt well-supported. Attorney Young called me on several occasions, explained where she was in the process, and informed me of what would happen next. I recommend these women to anyone going through a divorce - they made a crappy process bearable. 4. If you don't like your job get another one lady who answered the phone is rude!n 5. Excellent staff. Highly informative and warm. 6. Be alert if seeking their services. If you want to file paperwork right away, this might be a good option. However, it's best to go through all the components because even my court documents were incorrect. This law firm was excellent, but my experience was the worst. None of my questions were addressed, and those that were addressed were incorrect. Even my lawyer googled responses while I was paid per hour. Every second word was UM. The attorney seemed focused on the clock. I left more perplexed and frustrated each time I left. I felt very unsupported and extremely unprofessional. Additionally, my lawyer arrived at the court late and arranged in exercise gear. The lawyer barely said anything in court and didn't talk to the other lawyer, all the discussions were last minute, live. I felt very unsupported and let down. I regret using this law firm as I have to pay extra to amend their mistakes. 7. Jaime was so helpful. She supported me during the worst time of my life. I am so thankful to have met her. 8. They accepted my case and deposit - after it's done, she suddenly retired!! They said they would show up in court and have them call me, but she did not. I was told she could not come because I was out of state and had to fly in, which was unexpected. My lawyer didn’t appear in court, and I was told to call another one. I was shocked and disappointed. She also made a billable hour that favors her, and I feel as if I was taken advantage of.
