Feedback from Customers Barb did his thing for my son. She made certain he was heard and did the job like no other attorney out here.  I like the fact that she was all in and provided all the help she could.  She went to bat for my son and he beat his case.  I highly recommend her. - K Originally had a state-appointed attorney who did nothing and wanted him to take a plea to up to 15 years. My nephew from day one said he wasn’t going to plea deal the charges were bs and he was innocent. I hired Barbara and she had his case dismissed!!! She went through every piece of evidence, challenged the state and the accuracy and credibility of the other party. She’s blunt, no cut corners. I wish I could hire attorney Kirschner again. - M Hired Barb a while back. I really liked Barbara and felt certain about her. In her knowledge and words of whom she knows and how she could help me. I did the $2000 upfront she accepted. But after a while, I was not confident in her anymore, she kept forgetting about my case and did absolutely nothing for me and kept my $500! So when you do nothing, in my opinion, you should receive nothing. Very disappointed.
