He never investigated anything we told him to, they didn't have no strong evidence on my son that was set up by friends that are still on the streets. He kept everything a secret about my son's case. He coerced my son into signing a 60 year plea after maintaining his innocence for over a year after my son told him he wanted to go to trial. He was working with the DA to just book anybody on this bogus charge. He then quit on my son 2 days before his plea withdrawal which left us stuck and nowhere to turn after paying him a lot of money to do NOTHING but go on vacations and sick time smh. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AS MY SON IS STILL FIGHTING FOR HIS INNOCENCE! TREAD VERY LIGHTLY WHEN IT COMES TO THIS LAW FIRM! HE HAS LAWSUITS AND OTHER PEOPLE AND LAWYERS THAT COMPLAIN ABOUT HIM WORKING TO RAILROAD YOUR LOVED ONES!Attorney Amanda Riek took over my son's case after several different lawyers had handled it. She was very effective and fought for my son's freedom. It was a very difficult case dealing with abusive head trauma and child neglect and she fought hard for my son's innocence. She was able to get him the best outcome possible besides complete acquittal!Kirk handle my federal case many years ago. He did excellent job .best attorney I ever had.Attorney Rock is hands down the best lawyer I ever worked with. She even got my felony case dismissed. She made sure all my questions were answered and all materials requested were received. Very professional and knowledgeable of the law. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.I utilized Kirk's services for a case I had a year ago. He was extremely transparent in laying out everything for my case. His demeanor and attitude lowered the stress of everything immensely which my parents and I greatly appreciated. He's patient, reliable and very professional.
