He didn't help at all made everything worse don't hire him he will ruin your life 5,000 dollars later I could have done better by myself.3. Nothing in my custody agreement!! I was charged $4000 for 3 hearings for visitation. Btw I had already worked out an agreement for visitation. The final hearing lasted 10 minutes. Read your agreement very closely! HE will not explain it adequately. He told me he charged $330 an hr against a minimum retainer of $4000. What he didn't say is minimum retainer is a twisted way of saying he charges a fixed amount of $4000 regardless of the amount of time he puts in. If you are sitting in his office alone you are being charged $330hr.4. Tim is the best! He’s personable, knowledgeable, and fights for what is right. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you’re looking for a good family lawyer, he is your guy.5. Called replyed without talking to me and said they couldn't help me.6.
