I was forced to do a over the phone telephone call after making arrangements for an in-person consultation and taking an entire day off and making travel arrangements from out of state. Upon the completion of my consultation I was told that he could not help me not because he didn't want to but because he didn't have the bandwidth. Why would he take a consultation if he wasn't prepared to and investigate the situation. I've done all the recommended things and he is only concerned about how much money you can spend on him I don't recommend this lawyer unless you are ready to drop a lot of money and him to focus only on money that seems to be his entire focus is how much money he can get out of you and if you have enough to get out of. I was recommended to another lawyer by his office and I was spelling it wrong when I called back in I was promptly met with no one here can help you. Update: so my original review was right and all the advice given me was rejected. In every aspect. Mr Kelly and poasible the entire lawful needs to be more mindful of probate law. I hate wasting money and time.4. John Brewster was extremely helpful and explained the completion of my estate planning very well and thoroughly. I would definitely consider him or his associates for other legal advice.5. Mr. Kaminsky and John Brewster did such a great job with a situation that I was completely overwhelmed with. They were always there to answer questions and keep me calm I appreciate these guys soooo much and will be forever thankful and grateful, it couldn’t have turned out any better for me and my family. I do not know what I would have done without them. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone better than these guys.6. John Brewster is a great attorney. Very efficient and effective. We needed help from someone with expertise in libel and defamation and John had it all resolved. He listened to us and knew exactly how to help us. I hope to never need legal services again but if so, I will be calling John. Highly recommend.7. I contacted the firm in regard to a guardian ship case concerning my dad. After 5 months I canceled my commitment with the firm. I was charged over $8000 and never went to court with my lawyer. I don’t want to think about my cost would we have actually made it to court. My experience wasn’t great and I feel I was over billed for the services I received. Some advice would be to call your local court house and navigate this process on your own. It can be done.8. I was referred to Franki Parsons by someone who is a good friend. Franki was great. Franki has saved my back so many times. I have been extremely happy with the services provided. Franki goes above and beyond to help you. So easy to talk to and you know she cares. Can't recommend enough!9. Mr. Kelley is an extremely responsive and knowledgeable family lawyer. He and the staff have done a great job with child custody issues when other lawyers dropped the ball. He responds to emails and calls quickly. I am very happy with the services provided and would highly recommend.10. A very old and established law firm Great for estate management and general law. Highly Proactive, Good to work with, Personnel at front desk and back are excellent.
