Feedback Summary: The PHONE LINE DOESN"T WORK, I applied online and got a call back and the phone system would not input that YES I need legal help!! Only 2 workers at night, and bad attitude by person taking windows orders Been calling every day and it doesn't matter what time I call I keep getting a recorded message that saids "All of are associates are busy and the waiting list is full. This has been what I get for the last 4 months. Thank you for everything you do! Gave me appropriate contacts and information to apply for additional assistance regarding my legalities. Helped me get proper resources fr case i need help w. Legal aid should not only include the right to free legal assistance in criminal proceedings, but also the provision of effective legal assistance in any judicial or extrajudicial procedure aimed at determining rights and obligations. States bear the primary responsibility to adopt all appropriate measures to fully realize the right to legal aid for any individual within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction. Beneficiaries of legal aid should include any person who comes into contact with the law and does not have the means to pay for counsel. Helpful We went thru legal aid during a custody battle, that led to domestic violence and visitation hearings. I must say these girls that stood by my daughter and have continued to stand by her through the most difficult days have been nothing short of a God Send. They have went to court when they haven't been required to and that shows the passion and care that many lawyers lose site of. I would recommend that anyone in need of help to call this company. They are easy to get in touch with, they meet you quickly, come prepared and always on your side. They have been such a blessing to my family in our darkest hours.
