One of the best attorneys around don't hesitate to hire him you won't regret it. Mr. Stalnaker went above and beyond to make our adoption smooth. He got us a court hearing very quickly and made sure everything was in line for it to be finalized immediately. Even stuck around to take a couple family pictures for us! He always does what is best for the child and treats each case as individual, looking to put the child’s interests above all else. He can be trusted to do this every time. I would recommend him as. GAL or as attorney due to what I have seen first hand. Personable and Knowledgeable. However he missed scheduled telephone call, with no follow up. It took multiple emails from me before he responded. Failed to follow up on subsequent telephone conversation to retain him as an attorney. Charles Stalnaker was the assigned GAL in our family court case. I found his report to be comprehensive, thorough, and with no stone left unturned. Throughout the process he was communicative, transparent, and returned calls and emails promptly. What was most beneficial about being assigned Mr. Stalnaker was that he did not judge the case on first impression and make a rash judgement. He took the time to fully investigate all aspects and was diligent in deciphering fact from fiction. By doing so, his recommendation to the court was truly reflective of the child's best interest and for that I am very thankful. Attorney Stalnaker is straight forward and honest.
