So, our title people sent us here. We needed a survey to be done before they could proceed and that was the only thing left to do. So, we called every day that week at multiple times and was told they would check and get back to us. Thursday we were told we would be sent it ASAP and we never got it. The next week we called every day and was promised again we would get it and never did. Finally, the team sent us an email saying they did not do that kind of thing and that was it. Our bank and real estate agents kept telling them that they did and what they needed, but they continued to say they do not do that. The worst part is that the only way to finish the process is to use a surveyor in the team because they refuse to accept it any other way.
