About this business

Customer Testimonials: Fantastic Refuge in Dismal Time God bless The Legal Aid of Wyoming. At a time of need, they were incredibly helpful and intelligent. I would be lost without their advice and representation. -James D. Rejected twice in spite of low income I have contacted legal aid twice. Both times I was rejected. I have a minimum wage job and two minors at home. How do I not fulfill the requirements? -Amy E Superb and Professional The people here are top-notch. Very professional and competent. -Bradley S Limited Access and Unhelpful Representatives A long wait to speak to anyone, the call quality is often poor, and if there is the slightest disruption in the call signal they will hang up and never call back. After they decide that you qualify for assistance, the assistance you receive is significantly dependent on the person you are assigned, their mood, and whether they think you deserve help. If you voice dissatisfaction, they will claim resources or B.C.B.C. -Tricia D Awesome Attorney My lawyer Leda is so fantastic! -Casey W. Good Employees The people who work there are very nice, but I have to be honest. Not helpful at all. But that's not there fault these stupid going nowhere laws. -Marsha J. Not worth the time They help me in all ways fixing my will give me a power attorney so that then happens to me my friend can step in and make the decisions. Lita was really good at helping me with everything, thank you so much ScottLee T Kwek Rude Staff The staff here are very rude and don't give a ... about no one after a case if thinking about hiring them DON't after your case u on your own to collect court orders u get they will not help u out no more and after court done they close the case and the so called lawyer not there no more (Sergio R.) Not enough Employees Useful but always understaffed so they cannot provide help to most people. It is an awesome resource though and worth a shot if you need legal help but can't afford to hire an attorney. (Wilson M.) Highly Recommend Linda Ray saved the day. DEFINITELY TALK TO HER!! (Samuel G.) Not Pleased With Service Legal aid transferred me and I was on hold for 45 min before I hung up.... I need help with probate and family death...little upsetting, but others needed help too .. will try again Not Useful Didn't help me with my legal advice (Nick M.) Lack of follow-ups Never answers nor returns calls (Patricia J.) Do not waste your time No help whatsoever (Cassandra G.) Help When You Need They are helpful in many different ways. They take the time to understand your needs, or situation (Eliza J.)
