Brown & Hiser LLC Feedback: 1. Friendly people, but the service requested was poor. The clients got a cookie-cutter quote promising a discounted hourly rate for a previous client (only if a judge finds them). The information was not corrected by the lawyer before submitting it to the client. Given how incorrect the information is, a huge red flag, it shows how sloppy the work ethic on the team is. It was a small case and having a lawyer helped with confidence, but in hindsight I would’ve been better off representing myself 2. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I have been working with brown &Hiser for about 6 months or so and I can't put into words how amazing they are. They all where very nice when I called to talk to Mariah. They where so respectful every time I called witch was alot. Some times many times a day. All amazing. Most of all Mariah was my lawyer and I couldn't ask for a better lawyer she seen me at my worst cheered me on and watched me grow and never let me done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. was one of my biggest cheerleaders while helping me and Was always there for me and fought a Hella of case for me. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because they all deserve it I I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thank you all so much I can't thank you enough for everything.3. I’m really not one to write reviews and I debated even writing this one. However, I really feel the need to bring more attention to the receptionist’s attitude especially at this establishment. I’m already not happy having to seek legal services but Bailey made the experience so much worse. She was incredibly short and sounded annoyed the whole time which ultimately made me feel like seeking their services was a burden to them? It felt like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible even though our conversation only lasted around 2-3 minutes. If the staff treats people this way it makes me worry about how the attorneys treat people. I don’t feel comfortable being a client with this firm when my initial experience was so negative.4.
