Michelle is awesome I’m very picky on who I see but she is awesome her assistant is also very nice would definitely recommend! 3. My consultations with Dr. Milan are always very positive and yield results. 4. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They really work hard to help you heal. 5. My massages with Kelly have been life changing! I did not realize, how badly I had neglected myself with just the wear and tear of daily existence. I have tried to stay on a good routine this last year and benefiting from the treatments! I will continue as long as I can. I'm such a believer in self care especially with such a professional!!6. So far the P T is working very well for me. I'm experiencing less pain and stiffness. 7. The Spine & Injury Clinic has been my activity engine to keep moving in the mountains for years. After having a total knee replacement at the Steadman Clinic, I returned home to Spine and Injury and worked with their PTs for rehab. Ten weeks later, I was hiking through Europe, five months later I climbed the Grand Teton. The PTs at Spine and Injury, specifically Tiffany Polson, help me achieve my outdoor goals. Tiffany has developed a masterful program to keep my body in good condition so I can continue skiing like a teenager! Combining needling, cupping and exercises to reduce swelling and promote muscle recovery. I couldn’t do what I do without them. I encourage anyone in need to reach out to Spine and Injury. They’re my most valuable tool to staying active. 8. I have had wonderful chiropractic care, massage therapy, and physical therapy services. Front desk is so sweet! Nothing but great things to say! 9. Staff is super friendly and always attentive to my issues and care. 10. Spine & Injury is hands down THE best physical therapy, chiropractor and therapeutic massage clinic in Laramie. They are NOT complacent in their practice and are certainly not a typical cookie cutter, do the same thing for every patient over and over regardless of results, folks. This clinic is dynamic, thoughtful and intrinsically, highly motivated to help their patients truly feel better! Jalyn Anderson, PT, DPT is superior in her diagnostic skills and treatment of injury and pain. She LISTENS to her patients and is constantly searching for different PT exercises to fit each individual and get her patients back to functioning and being pain free. Her knowledge is amazing - I can see the wheels turning while she thinks on her feet and introduces new exercises that hit the mark and I walk out pain free and blown away by the depth of her understanding of her profession. Michelle Collins, DC is outstandingly skilled in her approach, exerting just the right touch, never heavy handed, and her dry needling is phenomenal. Whether your need a tune up or an overhaul; dealing with pain or injury, Michelle is fantastic and will have you back on track! Kelly Dixon has magic hands. Her physical strength and knowledge in providing trigger point massage is pure gold. She is focused and determined to relieve chronic pain and get to the source for long term alleviation. I love this team of women who have cared for me this last year with compassion, inspiration and not only hope for, but realized relief from pain. We are so fortunate to have this exceptional quality of care here in Laramie. From the front office staff (who remembered me after one visit) to the aides and providers, this clinic is simply superb.
