Our courses are available for both recreational and competitive young girls. Flex Art offers gymnastics clubs for girls between the ages of 6 and 15. This course will teach you the fundamentals of all apparatus, including vault, beam, trampoline, and bars. Lessons are offered four days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. These groups can be divided by age, which ranges from 6 to 15. To maximize their places within the group and meet the customer's needs, the ages of each member are also separated. The numbers that you'll find in our registration platform are called group numbers.
