Would not recommend. If the complaint, they make your life hard and intentionally. Suggesting a toxic workplace culture. Any property management requiring a full security screen is not a place to take your business. What does a huge security screen say about the way they treat people. If it was fair, they wouldn't need one. I've lived in dangerous places, and they don't even have that there. R/H does not vette tenants well. Minimal support is the least offensive term. All the bad reviews are about the lease management side, and I can see why. Take your place elsewhere. 3. There's been inaccurate billing, damage to the property that was not repaired by poor trade support that charged high fees and you end up managing everything and getting the repairs all done yourself anyway. Lease management is almost non-existant. Happily take your money and then do virtually nothing to secure and assist renting your property. R/H do not vette tenants well. Minimal support is the least offensive term I can use. All the bad reviews are about the lease management side of the business, and I can see why. Take your place elsewhere. 4. We recently sold our home in Nowra and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our real estate agent Benji was the definition of professionalism from start to finish. Jared is an astute agent with an excellent understanding of the local market. What sets him apart is his honesty and integrity, he doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear to secure a listing, but gives clear, realistic advice that you can trust. He’s efficient, measured, and always keeps you informed without ever being overbearing. Real estate agents can often get a bad rap, but Jared and his entire team are the exception. They’re professional, polite, and excellent communicators. I never once had to chase them up or initiate contact, no pressure to accept offers, everything was handled seamlessly, making the entire process easy and completely stress-free. Highly recommend. 6. We spent two weeks following up a Property Manager as we were trying to secure a lease for a property. Each time we called, we were advised the Property Manager was "out of office" or on leave, or in a meeting. We were strung along for a long time not knowing if we were going to get the lease, leaving over 5 follow up calls and an email for a call back - every single request was ignored. Eventually we found out that the property was suddenly leased. When we became frustrated, reception advised that the manager's strategy of keeping us hanging to see if they received a better or longer offer was just "part of the game" to get the best outcome for the tenant. A complete lack of human decency!
