Mitchell was a leader and captain on and off the field, excelling in every sport he played growing up. He transitioned to varsity football with hard work and quickly fell in love with it. He was also a star high school athlete in basketball and track and field. For five seasons, Mitchell was a wide receiver and kick returner in the CFL, CIS and AFL for both the London Beefeaters and University of Western Ontario Mustangs. He has also been a part of the National Football Team. Mitch has earned his BSc in Kinesiology. He has encountered other people's knowledge and met coaches from all four corners of Canada. Mitchell has been serving this industry for over 15 years. He is qualified as a professional personal trainer by CanFit PRO.
