As a property owner, I have consistently been disappointed by the lack of attention and care by this group. I have a new condo in Auburn Bay that is not being looked after by this group. Sharon frequently does not answer my questions regarding damages done to the property. After the tenant moved out and it needed repainted, it was shown unpainted and in poor condition to potential renter. It took a MONTH to find a renter, and the renter had to ask for it to be painted. Now the current renter caused water damage in July, and I still am asking if the property has been repaired and proof of repairs. Do not use this group extremely unprofessional.
