Lui-Chi's first brick-and-mortar location opened on Rice Howard Way in Edmonton just one year after driving the streets of Edmonton! Our first store is slated to open in Calgary by the summer of 2019. My passion for roasting coffee comes from over 15 years in the industry. After working in Corporate America, I finally decided to follow my interest. The first Espresso Bar on Wheels in Edmonton was created in the summer of 2017. The Lui-Chi roasted Whiskey barrel aged espresso tastes like perfection! I opened my first Espresso Bar in the downtown Phipps-McKinnon Building in 2018.
