Customer Feedback Summary 1. Amrit was awesome really enjoyed the service provided by Amrit 2. Hollis Lucky was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in helping me deal with my case. I was satisfied with him. Communications via phone/email with Hollis directly or with the legal assistant/others at the office were also effective, courteous, and professional. And quick response time was appreciated whenever I reached out with questions/concerns. The firm helped me get the results I hoped for in a rather awkward situation, so I will highly recommend Lucky Law, especially to someone accessing legal services for the first time. 3. I was referred to Hollis Lucky by another law firm because of the potential conflict situation. I had a reasonably serious bicycle accident with, in my opinion, a good portion of the blame residing with the other party. I had no success dealing directly with the offending party and at least one other law firm expressed disinterest. Hollis reviewed the situation, we arrived at a plan for dealing with the matter and we were successful in achieving a resolution that was acceptable to me. Throughout the process Hollis was professional, gave excellent advice when appropriate, and was extremely cost effective. The staff was attentive and dealt with matters very expeditiously. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to use Hollis and his firm for conflict matters and would refer others to him and know that they would be well served. 6. Hollis was awesome at the worst time in my life. He was very professional, supportive, patient, honest, and attentive. He came through for me big time. We also had a few laughs along the way. He truly cares about his clients. I would have been an absolute basket case without him, Susan, and Stuart. I will always have great respect and appreciation for all three of them. They truly are good people! I highly recommend them. 7. Hollis Lucky responded in a professional, well-informed, and genuine manner. He demonstrated a concern not only for the challenges of my case but also for my well being. He cares and it is greatly appreciated. 8.
