Customer Feedback Summary: Avoid this firm like the plague. They charged me over $3,000 for a relatively simple agreement so far, and the number is rising. The entire process was made overly complex, leading to extra charges at each step. I had a 20-minute consultation with Bahare initially, but my file was transferred to someone else, leading to a charge for the transition and extra payment for the other person’s involvement. They ignored my clear instructions and kept sending emails with questions instead of preparing the agreement, leading to additional charges and unnecessary back-and-forth from me to answer these questions, thus increasing the fees. After speaking to 3 other lawyers, I learned that the standard cost for a contract like mine should be under $2,000. Based on what I’ve been charged so far and what I’m currently expected to pay, this is a bad policy. Major red flag. Cautions for potential clients.
