Cheryl's early emphasis on professionalism and customer service has served her well in subsequent roles. Cheryl moved to Nova Scotia in 2006. She spent a few years selling furniture and then cars. In 2017, she decided to take the plunge and opened 14 Bells. Cheryl has visited several galleries in the past. Her observation was that Halifax has many talented artists and a cultural foundation to support their work but has a lack of galleries. 14 Bells is committed to showcasing Canadian art for both locals and visitors.
