Deborah Carver owns and manages Studio 21 Fine Art. Since 2011, she has been filling this role. Deborah's architect father and her art-filled house immersed her in art. She led a nonprofit environmental organization as Executive Director before joining Studio 21. Deborah worked in the external relations department at NSCAD University for five years and was VP of Communications at Salter Street Films. She first studied and practiced law in Halifax. The University of Alberta awarded Deborah's LL.B. in environmental studies. Studio 21 Fine Art but has exhibited Canada's finest contemporary art in Atlantic Canada for over 30 years. All Canadian artists and about half of the artists represented by the gallery are from the Atlantic. Studio 21 is reputable in Canada for professionalism and high quality. The gallery represents both established and emerging artists, as well as some Estates. The gallery appears at Art Toronto, Papier in Montreal, and other US art fairs.
