Hello, I’m Jennifer. I am a certified personal trainer who is genuinely interested in helping people conquer their challenges and maximize their potential. My 9 years of seeing clients succeed motivate me every day. I have always been active, from playing Hockey at 5 and Soccer at 7, to days at the rink, field, and the court and fairways playing Hockey, Tennis, Baseball, Basketball, and Golf. I found a true passion when I joined the Antigonish YMCA gym at 15. I earned a bachelor's degree in human Kinetics from your lovely St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish (Nova Scotia). I moved to BC after graduating and cherished new experiences in Vancouver, where I worked in the same field. I spent my twenties working for Steve Nash Sports Club, clocking six successful years as a personal coach. In 2017, I left Vancouver for home, with KMACFIT, a personal coaching business I founded. Being home has allowed me to spend more time with my family, visit the family cottage in Cape Breton, and bond with the region's vibrant fitness community. My training program involves a six-day workout regime and a diet that allows me to maintain a healthy lifestyle that suits me. From fat loss to strength training to living without pain, my sessions are customizable. You can be successful long-term if your workouts are efficient and intense.
