Centre[3] is situated on the traditional territories of the Eerie, Neutral and Huron-Wendat nations as well as Mississauga, Haudenosaunee, and acknowledges their presence for time immemorial. We recognize that Canada has historically oppressed Indigenous cultures and peoples. Through the arts, Centre[3] is committed to decolonizing and healing together. Centre[3] is an arts and social practice organization that helps artists create, produce, and present their work. We conduct research, provide opportunities for critical engagement, and promote innovation. Located in Hamilton, Ontario, the Centre[3] is dedicated to experimentation, collaboration, and contemporary art. We prioritize social engagement in the arts. We are an artist-run organization that supports artists, collaborates with the community, and uses art for social change. Our team consists of individuals who share our values. We operate as a non-profit art center with programs to advance community arts and arts education in Hamilton. As we grow, we expand our reach to more of our community thanks to our donors.

Members speak highly of the artistic environment. The tools and resources available are easily accessible and constant. It's a supportive environment where everyone is welcoming, kind, and helpful. The staff are quite notable such as Alex and Phoebe are friendly and helpful. Tours and classes are a plus. Marketing online artwork by Phoebe was engaging, while the center's art is great. They have the best materials according to one member that stretched her canvas. It is a community hub where people can create and socialize. Craft is a favourite past-time, and the studio is a perfect spot to do exactly that. Price is fair and feedback is good, so people will come back to do prints.
