Theodora, LLB, LL.M, JD, HRM, is a licensed Canadian attorney and member of the Law Society of Ontario. She is also a Barrister/Solicitor of Nigeria Supreme Court since 2004. She has a combined legal experience of approximately 14 years. She received her LL.B. in 2004. Theodora studied at Canterbury University, England, where she earned an LL.M. She lived and studied in England from 2006 to 2006. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and has her JD equivalent certificate from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. That same year, she received a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM). She studied at George Brown College, Toronto. Theodora has ten years of legal experience in the legal department and financial and transactional services at First Canadian Title, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Toronto, and First Bank Limited. In 2018, she won several awards for client experience and received a Crystal Award from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. The award was for excellence in Real Estate/Mortgage Transactions., and she has extensive experience in Employment and Human Rights Law. Theodora is licensed as a lawyer in Ontario, a member of The Law Society of Ontario. She received a Postgraduate Certificate (HRM) in 2016, twice on the Deans Hons List. In the HRM Program, Employment & Human Rights Law Modules and Issues Facing Persons Under Contract with Provincially or Federally Regulated employers were heavily covered.
