In 2020, Jesse founded Black Arrow Cycles, where he serves as the shop leader. Jesse has a passion for riding and has advocated for cyclists in and beyond the Waterloo Region for the past twenty years. He has commuted by bike, fixed bikes, traverse Canada, and rode single-track on the Waterloo Region roads and trails. The other members of the team are certified and professionally trained bike mechanics with many years of riding experience and miles. We are dedicated to making your riding experience enjoyable. We are a full-service shop with the ability to fix or maintain bikes from all manufacturers and models. Our maintenance service includes minor tune-ups, expert part installations, complete overhauls, and frame alignment. We provide a service for custom wheels and bicycles. If you have an idea or a suggestion, please bring it to us. We are pleased to help you find the right parts or tools if you want to build your bike.
