In my return to Canada in 2019 after two decades of international, career service, I came across Family Services Thames Valley's team and their compassionate staff who set me up with one-on-one professional counseling at their former London location. My counsellor was a PhD student who excelled in her professional expertise. In 2024, when I was in an Uber passenger car accident, I linked up, once again, with Family Services Thames Valley whose dedicated receptionist, Kayla, went the extra mile to ensure my intake was thoroughly done in a timely manner. I was set up with the finest counsellor. The continuity of FSTV's highest, professional counseling, kindness, and meticulousness reflect my personal experience.
