Family Services Thames Valley is an outstanding mental health service for individuals who seek professional, counseling support. In my return to Canada in 2019 after two decades of international, career service, I came across Family Services Thames Valley's team and their compassionate staff who set me up with one-on-one professional counseling at their former London location. My counsellor was a PhD student who excelled in her professional expertise. In 2024, when I was in an Uber passenger car accident, I linked up, once again, with Family Services Thames Valley whose dedicated receptionist, Kayla, went the extra mile to ensure my intake was thoroughly done in a timely manner. I was set up with the finest counsellor. The continuity of FSTV's highest, professional counseling, kindness, and meticulousness reflect my personal experience.
