We have participated in many southern Ontario development and rehabilitation projects in the last 25 years, including those we own and others’ buildings. Our staff are experienced in real estate management, including acquisition, development, ownership, and maintenance. We manage over 1.1 Million square feet of property, which is growing year-over-year. Our company was founded on integration, which is why we work closely with owners and building managers. We come up with methods that ensure decisions made in one area of property management are consistent with those made in another. This is good for owners and building managers, but also for tenants. This management approach is so ingrained in our organization that we find it difficult to believe that any other management firm wouldn't have the same structure.
