RY property management team is experienced and friendly. I am a remote homeowner and have been using the firm to manage my rental property for the last 3 years. They provided services to find new tenants, repairs, collect rents and suggest property improvements. I would recommend this property management company to my family and friends without hesitation.

My property was damaged by the tenant they found who had bad credit, They found a tenant who rented my house paying upfront in cash for the whole year, in just 5 months the tenant damaged my house 2 times and they never informed me until the region police contacted me that your property was damaged and the tenant was charged and their son is not allowed to return to this property anymore unfortunately their son returned and damaged again and yesterday I received a call from region police your property was damaged by someone and we are investigating This Property management service is Trash!! Please avoid these scammers: During the call for finding a tenant for my property, the lady on the phone, told me that we gonna find a tenant for you in JUST 15 days and she repeated JUST 15 days and if not, you can go on your own. Those 5-stars reviews can't even feel like a real thing! All the service they mention on their site is Fake. They keep asking for extra fee to perform any action. I let them taking care of my house and they never doing a single damn thing.
