If I could give 0 stars, I would. I witnessed an act of blatant negligence at this place: a dog fell off the grooming table, hung by its leash, and was left choking for nearly 10 seconds before anyone bothered to react. That dog could have died. To make matters worse, my own dog came back with cuts on his inner leg (photo attached). When I called to raise my concerns, the owner herself spoke to me in an unbelievably condescending tone, repeatedly talking over me, dismissing everything I said as if my complaint was beneath her — and then actually hung up the phone mid-sentence, refusing to even let me finish speaking. What’s even more appalling is when I brought up the concern for the other dog, she told me it was “not my concern” and that I had “nothing to do with it.” I literally witnessed the entire incident with my own eyes. The fact that she tried to silence me instead of acknowledging the danger made me feel sick about leaving my own dog there. This business is not only dangerous for pets, it’s run by an owner who is arrogant, rude, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic care is staggering. ⚠️ Do not trust your pets here. If you value their safety, avoid this place at all costs. This is a reckless, hostile business that has no business being around animals.
