HAZEL PILATES STUDIO AND DANCE

Hazel Pilates Studio and Dance is situated in Mississauga on Royal Windsor Drive. We specialize in a fully equipped Pilates studio offering private instruction, and group sessions. We also offer our exciting Barre Pilates classes, which is a combination of Pilates and ballet with a little bit of cardio. We also have a Physiotherapy program, as well as ballet and various Dance Classes. We have a steam sauna for the clients to relax and change room. We have a cafeteria, so clients can come early or stay after class to have a cup of coffee - at Hazel STUDIO, we want to offer the best in comfort and a friendly environment. All of our instructors have completed their certifications by STOTTPILATES (tm). Our instructors are also dedicated to continuing their education and staying current. They are safe, motivated, and have completed the Injuries and Special Populations course.
