These people are scammers dont believe their contract story, they put you on contract, and drain your blood until you pay the misserable collection agents.

I am a member of Movati Mississauga. On October 18, 2022, I locked my stuff in a locker to go for workout. When I came back my lock was cut and my jacket together with my wallet and cell phone was stolen. They found my jacket and phone two weeks later and my wallet just last week and the cash money inside it was gone. I filed this incident with the police. I am shocked to hear they told police that I misplaced my belongings. They never told me where and how they found my stuff. Their claim that I misplaced my stuff does not make sense since each item was found separately. The fact that they won’t tell me exactly where they found my stuff and also not wanting to involve the police makes me more suspicious that they know something and don’t want to share it. According to them it also happened couple of times in the past to other members. I asked them why they did not send members an email or push notification to warn them that their valuables are not safe even in a lock locker. Would I have known that, I would never bring mine. I asked them to at least let the member know after my incident but they refused. It seems they are only interested about the reputation of their own gym.

Kanata location The club itself has a lot of options and good ambiance! But the customer service not so much! Terrible customer service! I was member with my family for number of years.... Covid with it's uncertainty happend! The accounts were on hold then they decided to reopen! I was not notified any way whatsoever that i need to cancel my membership if I don't want to use the gym. They resumed charging my account withoutmy permission! This is after first wave of Covid! When I saw the charges i reached out . The explanation was : they had sent a mass email saying the membership would not be on hold anymore! I have called countless times to get refund for unauthorized charges! Not one called me back. I have left several messages with front desk, and at this point they have charged me over $200 with no communication about the membership status. I would never buy a membership here. Their managers are like a robot and just repeating same excuses! I was in the position of a manager before and I know the key responsibilities is to keep the client happy so people return! It seems the greed overcomes the customer service in Movavi 's case! . Too bad because they lost a few members and if they continue to lock members with a yearly contracts and poor customer service they will lose more! I moved to another GYM and are quite happy with the customer service and flexibility they show!!!

Joined the club in September and I absolutely recommend Monica Lopez drum class! She also does Aqua Zumba and she is so full of energy and laughter and fun that I try not to miss any of her classes as she brightens my day! Joining Windermere Edmonton, Alberta Movati fitness club was the best thing I ever did for myself. There are people of all ages and I feel very comfortable going there!

Joined the club couple of months ago. Thank you Liza you are great. Had great experience with her while signing up. Great club. Liza goes out of her way to help. Club is lucky to have you. A great place to work out.
