Our journey began on November 2, 2009, when we opened the doors to our first studio and, as it seems like a long time, we have always wanted to create a space that would bring people together. Power Yoga Canada is that space. We chose yoga, but the space is transformative. Our students ask us all the time for our magic formula to grow this community. What we want is for everyone to feel at home. Our kids have grown up with you. We've had a lot of studios since 2009. Kinndli and I both have families. We even had our first baby 2 years apart. #crazy. Our students get married, have kids, grow families, go to university, travel the world, and come back home. Some students have moved away somewhere in the world after completing their studies, but we love it when they return. When it comes to Power Yoga Canada, it's home to all things Power Yoga. We also do Hot Power Yoga really well. We want you to discover it for yourself—your passion, your power, your beauty.
