For over 60 years, the Zlepnig Family has been proudly serving the Greater Ottawa Community. Our journey began at the Southway Motel, constructed by Peter Zlepnig and Theresia Zlepnig in 1958. The small motel had seven units. The Zlepnig family business thrived with Ottawa. Louisa Zlepnig and Bill Zlepnig (son) led the property through numerous expansions. The hotel now has 170 guestrooms, Shallows Restaurant, meeting room, banquet rooms, and other amenities.
