David Morris Photography

Since 1997, David Morris Photography has provided wedding photography, headshots, portraits, and many other services. When I decided to take three weeks off as a waitress to meet college girls, little did I know it would become a four-year break. I settled for one thing, perfected a skill and took 100,000 photographs. I just turned 32 when I graduated. My wife, Risa, and I were settling into our new lives. I had no intention of traveling or being someone's assistant. Instead, I printed some business cards. My business started soon. Now I photograph 40 weddings annually. As a mentor, I have taught at Humber College, Havergal College and the International Academy of Design and Technology. To support the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep charity, I do remembrance photography. My strengths lie in portraits and headshots. I also have experience doing photographs for exhibitions and greeting cards. I have worked on corporate events, properties, animals, and celebrities. A nice thing about this site is that there are so many pictures of Jennie. Flipping through them shows how her hair grows. It's a pleasure to observe her development while making portraits in my studio. It's all a small part of a larger story. This is all quite straightforward. Presently, I am three emphases: a carpenter, a photographer for weddings, and a stay-at-home dad, in no order. None of this is the result of anything I have been involved in for many years. This was all about following where good things brought me. It has been a good experience. This is the best place to be.
