David is a partner who practises commercial litigation. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas including insurance law, contracts and commercial disputes, employment and human rights law, real estate, and land use litigation. David has specialized expertise in insurance defense and coverage issues in the following fields: life, disability, travel and health insurance, property, and general liability insurance, directors’ and o fficers’ insurance / errors and omissions insurance, fidelity bonds, professional liability products, and reinsurance disputes. David has appeared before all levels of the Ontario Courts and the Federal Court of Canada. He has also represented both public and private sector clients before various administrative tribunals including federal and provincial employment and human rights tribunals, as well as commercial arbitration panels.
