Service to go to airport came early , then we left and it started HEAVILY SNOWING yo the point you couldn't see. He slowed down to a slow crawl which was great , especially with us veins nervous passengers. It cleared or slowed more as we got closer and he made up time and could speed up. On the return way we were sent home early from our flight being cancelled. Still the service was there to meet us after we gave them a heads up. The only thing is right near home I saw the driver closing his eyes once or twice. It should be monitored verbally at the office. He looked very tired. The attitudes and behavior of some staff members were unprofessional and inappropriate. As with many businesses in this sector, there may be factors influencing ratings that do not always reflect real customer experiences. I would personally be cautious and consider this before booking.15. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! He refused to help my mom and I because he didn’t want to Dirty his shoes!! We needed help and he looked at me and sat in the car. IT WAS SO INSULTING to my older mom with arthritis who struggling to help me! Horrible!!
