Reliable Frédérique Jacquart Ducharme, BML Avocats Attorney since January 2023. He has practiced in litigation for many years before he came to BML Avocats. BML Avocats has a well-established litigation department which ensures that it handles all cases which their clients need to be represented. Her experience focuses on civil, family and individual business cases in Outaouais. She is a lawyer with competencies and practical experience in civil and family litigation. She has mainly practiced estate law, residential and commercial leases, and labor laws. Her experience gives her the confidence to handle every legal matter with the courts which could involve common law or administrative matters. She now concentrates her practice on family law and labor law. Me Jacquart Ducharme acted as an attorney-supervisor for the National Pro Bono Student Network of the Civil Law Section of the University of Ottawa. She has a Bachelor of Civil Law, a Juris Doctor, and a Master of International Law from the University of Ottawa. She has been a member of the Barreau du Quebec since 2017.
