Jennifer Maagendans & Jason Kent Luna Yoga was born in 2003, from the idea of combining an environmental conscience, and a learned and inclusive approach to the practice of yoga. They aim to cultivate a sense of balance, joy, and connection through the practice of yoga in a community-building and spiritually awakening manner. Our yoga studio is located in Old Montreal, where we offer dynamic and energetic Yoga Flo classes and Jivamukti yoga classes. The classes at our studio are open to students from all levels, offering a safe and welcoming environment for students to discover and explore their own personal yoga paths. We are open seven days per week from 7.30 AM to 7.30 PM. At Luna Yoga, we offer a unique yoga experience that combines peace and joy with the challenging Vinyasa (flow) style of practice. Our teachers are highly qualified and skilled in creating a serene and inviting setting for the practice of yoga. Our goal is for students to feel a sense of peace and bliss, along with deep connections to nature and each other. This is achieved through our classes, which focus on breathing awareness, alignment, and spiritual studies.
